摘　　要：完善党的自我革命制度规范体系是中国共产党在新时代新征程上为加强政党治理而提出的一个重要命题,深刻体现出党自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高的政治自觉。党的十八大以来,我们党从丰富制度规范体系要件、完善制度规范体系内容以及整合制度规范体系系统三个维度完善党的自我革命制度规范体系并取得重大成效。新时代进一步完善党的自我革命制度规范体系,蕴含着党为人民服务的人民性、客观认识执政规律的科学性以及统筹发展党的各项建设与事业的系统性,体现了马克思主义政党与使命型政党的责任及担当。完善党的自我革命制度规范体系是一项需要持续推进的使命与任务,需要从持续释放主体效能、适时更新系统要件以及加强系统贯通协同三个层面,对党的自我革命制度规范体系进行优化完善,充分释放党的自我革命制度规范体系的治理效能。Perfecting the Party’s self-reform normative system is an important proposition put forward by the CPC to strengthen party governance in the new era and new journey,which profoundly reflects the Party’s political consciousness of self-purification,self-improvement,self-innovation and self-improvement.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC has improved the Party’s self-reform normative system from three dimensions:the elements,the contents,and integration of the normative system.Improving the Party’s self-reform normative system in the new era covers the people’s nature of the Party’s efforts to serve the People,the scientific nature of objective understanding of the governing law,and the systematic nature of overall development of the Party’s role in various constructions and undertakings,reflecting the responsibilities of a Marxist party and mission-orientation of the Party.Improving the Party’s self-reform normative system is a mission and task requiring continuous promotion.It is necessary to optimize and improve the Party’s self-reform normative system from three aspects:releasing the effectiveness of the main body,updating system elements,and strengthening system connectivity and coordination to fully unleash the governance effectiveness of the Party.
