摘　　要：金砖国家普遍存在的腐败问题已成为制约成员国经济社会发展的共同挑战,因此,金砖国家将反腐败合作列入共同探讨的新合作领域,并取得了系列进展。虽然有国际公约、双边条约和国内法等法律框架的支持,但要取得反腐败国际合作实效,金砖国家仍然面临着合作机制化水平不高、美国与欧盟等外部势力的拉拢和分化以及各方法律协调不易等诸多现实挑战。中国作为推进金砖国家反腐败国际合作的建设性力量,不仅要夯实法治根基,统筹国内法治与涉外法治,更要在优化金砖国家合作机制的基础上,通过外交努力将金砖国家反腐败国际合作走深走实,推动构建一个公正科学、权威高效的国际反腐败新秩序。The widespread corruption in BRICS countries has become a common challenge hindering national development.BRICS countries have concluded anti-corruption cooperation as a new area of joint cooperation,achievements having been made.Although supported by legal frameworks such as international conventions,bilateral treaties,and domestic laws of BRICS countries,BRICS countries will still face many practical challenges,such as low institutionalization of internal cooperation mechanism,external interference such as the United States and European Union’s efforts to divide BRICS countries,and difficulties of legal coordination before real progress can be made.As a constructive force of promoting international anti-corruption cooperation among BRICS countries,China should consolidate the foundation of laws,coordinate domestic rule of law and foreign-related rule of law.Moreover,on the basis of optimizing BRICS cooperation mechanisms,China should use diplomatic assistance to deepen and implement international anti-corruption cooperation among BRICS countries to promote construction of a fair,scientific,authoritative and efficient new international anti-corruption order.
