摘　　要：全面抗战时期北方局根据中共中央的指示将调查研究作为其他各项工作开展的重要基础,在了解地情民意、减租减息、党的建设等方面进行了充分的调查研究,使得北方局在华北领导抗战工作中有了重要依据,为推动华北党组织的发展,动员广大民众团结抗日,取得抗战胜利发挥了重要作用,同时也为新时代的调查研究工作提供了重要启示。During the all-out War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Northern Bureau took investigation and research as an important basis for other work carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,and conducted systematic investigation and research in understanding local conditions and public opinion,rent-and-interest reduction policies,and party consolidation efforts,which made the Northern Bureau have an important basis for leading the War of Resistance in North China,and played an important role in promoting the development of party organizations in North China,mobilizing mass participation in united resistance,and ultimately securing victory in the War of Resistance.Futhermore,this historical experience also continues to offer valuable insights for contemporary investigative research practices in the New Era.
