摘 要:针对多电机驱动的风电机组偏航系统,目前的偏航软启动方案无法精确监测每个偏航电机的运行状态,加剧了偏航系统带载不平衡的现象,且在发生偏航装置损坏的情况下,衍生出运维人员因无法准确判断故障偏航装置而逐一排查的运维困难问题。文章提出在机舱控制柜上增添一套多通道电流检测装置,以检测每个偏航电机的电流,并经通信通道将数据反馈到主控制器,由主控制器参照偏航电机额定参数判断各偏航装置状态并控制其运行;同时,针对偏航系统过流保护的需求,增添相应的主控保护逻辑。挂机测试结果表明,该装置能有效识别各偏航电机的电参量,使偏航电机转矩保持一致且偏航系统运行在正常工作范围。研究结果表明,基于多通道电流检测的偏航系统控制策略能改善偏航电机带载不平衡的现象,提高风机运维效率。In multi-motor driven yaw systems for wind turbines,the current prevailing practice of yaw soft start falls short in accurately monitoring the operational status of each yaw motor,potentially leading to exacerbated load imbalance within the yaw systems.In addition,when a yaw device fails,the operation and maintenance personnel are required to conduct a one-by-one investigation,as they cannot accurately identify the defective yaw device,which complicates operation and maintenance.This paper proposes the integration of a multi-channel current detection device to the nacelle control cabinet to address these issues.This device is designed to detect the current of each yaw motor and transmit the data to the main controller through a communication channel.The main controller assesses the status of the corresponding yaw device based on the rated parameters of the yaw motor and controls the operation of the yaw device accordingly.Additionally,a corresponding main control protection logic is introduced to enable overcurrent protection for these yaw systems.In the experimental operation of the proposed device integrated into wind turbines,it effectively identified the electrical parameters for each respective yaw motor and maintained consistent torque,ensuring the operation of the yaw systems within the normal range.The research outcomes indicate that the yaw system control strategy based on multi-channel current detection can alleviate load imbalance on yaw motors and improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of wind turbines.
