摘 要:在双馈风电机组短路工况下,通过在直流母线配置直流泄荷电路(Chopper)进行能量泄放,是目前用于双馈转子侧变流器的主流保护方案。该方案既能有效抑制短路电流和直流电压,又能满足故障穿越的标准要求,使变流器在规定的时间内完成重启,并提供要求的无功电流以支撑电网。目前对Chopper动作投入三相对称故障下的短路电流计算已有研究,但是很少有对Chopper动作消耗能量的研究,而实际Chopper工程化设计过程中必须明确实际消耗的能量需求,才能完成Chopper功率模块及能量泄放电阻的设计。为此,文章提出一种双馈风电机组三相短路Chopper动作能量分析方法。首先,通过分析Chopper功率模块动作和Chopper电阻串入转子回路后的转子电流和转子等效电压,计算了转子侧变流器输入有功功率和能量的表达式;然后,根据对电网侧变流器输出的有功功率和能量表达式的分析推导,得到了Chopper动作消耗的有功能量的表达式;最后,通过仿真结果表明,在电压跌落深度达到0.2时,本文所提方法的计算值与仿真值误差小于5%,验证了本文所提计算方法的有效性。Under the short-circuit conditions of doubly-fed induction generator-based(DFIG-based)wind turbines,energy discharge is achieved by a DC chopper configured on the DC bus to protect the converter at the doubly-fed rotor side,based on the current mainstream protection practice.This approach can effectively suppress short-circuit current and DC voltage,while meeting the standard requirements for fault ride-through(FRT).It enables the converter to be restarted and provide the required reactive current within the specified timeframe,to ensure grid support.Despite existing studies on the calculation of short-circuit current for chopper action under three-phase symmetrical faults,there is a lake of research concerning energy consumption for chopper action.However,the actual engineering design process of choppers requires defining actual energy consumption requirements,to support the design of the chopper power module and energy discharge resistor.To address this,this paper proposes an energy analysis method for chopper action during three-phase short circuits in DFIG-based wind turbines.First,an analysis of the rotor current and equivalent voltage following the activation of the chopper power module and the connection of the chopper resistor in series with the rotor circuit,led to the establishment of expressions for the input active power and energy of the rotor-side converter(RSC).Then,based on the expressions of active power and energy output by the grid-side converter(GSC),the expression for active energy consumed by the chopper was derived.Finally,simulation results showed that when the voltage dip depth reached 0.2,the errors between the calculated values and simulation results remained below 5%,thereby verifying the effectiveness of the proposed calculation method.
