摘  要:变桨电机是风力发电机组安全运行的关键电气部件。传统的电机选型方法往往仅基于额定转矩进行选择,忽略了载荷中转矩与转速的匹配关系,可能导致选型不合理,从而增加成本。为此,文章提出了一种基于Bladed仿真分析的变桨电机选型与校核方法。通过对风力发电机组的载荷仿真时序文件进行数据处理和分析,设计并实现了一款针对变桨电机的校核选型软件;并利用该软件对H3J0J00P01机型进行电机选型和设计校验,验证了所选永磁同步电机在不同工况下的适用性。研究结果表明,该方法可使电机性能更契合风机实际仿真中变桨电机的极限性能需求,有利于风电整机在变桨电机上进行降本,为风力发电机组变桨电机的选型设计提供了理论依据和实践支持。Variable pitch motors are considered key electrical components for the safe operation of wind turbines.Traditional motor selection methods often only rely on rated torque for selection,ignoring the matching relationship between torque and speed in the load,which may lead to unreasonable selection,thereby increasing costs.Therefore,this paper introduces a method for selecting and verifying variable pitch motors based on Bladed simulation analysis.Following data processing and analysis focusing on load simulation timing files of wind turbine generator systems,selection and verification software for variable pitch motors was designed and implemented.The software was then used for motor selection and design verification of the H3J0J00P01 model,verifying the applicability of the selected permanent magnet synchronous motor model under different conditions.The research results indicate that the proposed approach can make the motor performance more in line with the ultimate performance requirements of the variable pitch motor in actual wind turbine simulation,which is beneficial in reducing the costs of pitch motors,leading to more economically efficient wind turbines.This provides a theoretical basis and practical support for the selection and design of variable pitch motors for wind turbines.
