无功扰动下分布式风电配电网母线电压虚拟阈值检测方法

摘  要:分布式风电机组是通过集电线路直接接入邻近的配电网,其输出功率的变化直接影响配电网母线电压,从而影响接入该配电网的负荷运行。为了能实时检测分布式风电机组接入配电网母线电压的状态,为分布式风电机组的功率控制提供依据,文章提出了基于周期性无功扰动的分布式风电接入配电网电压虚拟阈值的检测方法。通过分布式风电机组输出周期性无功功率,根据发电机机端电压与无功电流得到分布式风电母线与风电机组间的虚拟阻抗,从而得到母线间接检测电压值,并在风电机组不同机端电压与无功功率运行模式下,将母线间接检测电压和风电机组机端电压分别作为母线虚拟电压,将母线虚拟电压运行阈值作为实际母线电压虚拟阈值。仿真分析结果表明,在风电机组不同机端电压与无功功率四种组合运行模式下,母线虚拟电压比母线实际电压更早达到母线电压运行阈值,能够实现母线实际电压越限提前控制及保护。可见,将母线间接检测电压运行阈值点作为实际母线电压的运行阈值具有有效性。Distributed wind turbines are connected to nearby distribution networks through collecting circuits and variations in their output power directly impact the network voltage,subsequently affecting the operation of loads connected to the same distribution networks.To enable real-time detection of busbar voltage in distribution networks with distributed wind turbines,offering a reference for the power control of these wind turbines,this paper presents a method of detecting virtual thresholds for voltage in these distribution networks based on periodic reactive-power disturbances.Considering the periodic reactive power outputs of distributed wind turbines,the mode of virtual impedance between the busbar and the wind turbines is identified,based on the generator terminal voltage and reactive current,and the busbar voltage is indirectly detected.Under the operating mode with varying wind turbine terminal voltage and reactive power,this detected voltage and the wind turbine terminal voltage are considered as the virtual busbar voltage,and the operating threshold of this virtual busbar voltage serves as the virtual threshold for the actual busbar voltage.The simulation analysis results revealed that,under the four combined operational modes of wind turbine terminal voltage and reactive power,the virtual busbar voltage reached the operating threshold of the busbar voltage earlier than the actual busbar voltage,indicating the effectiveness of the proposed method in facilitating advance control and protection against actual busbar voltage exceeding its limit.Therefore,using the operating threshold of virtual busbar voltage as the operating threshold of actual busbar voltage is demonstrated effective.
