摘　　要：本文报道了一例重症结核感染导致全血细胞减少症病例,通过回顾性分析该患者的临床特征、诊断过程及调整治疗方案后获得的显著疗效,并复习相关文献,以提高临床医生对重症结核感染可能会导致全血细胞减少症的认识与重视,警惕结核耐药菌感染可能,为临床诊治提供参考。This paper reports a case of severe tuberculosis infection leading to pancytopenia.Through retrospective analysis of the patient’s clinical characteristics,diagnostic process,and significant therapeutic outcomes after treatment adjustment,combined with a review of relevant literature,we aim to enhance clinicians’awareness and attention to the possibility of severe tuberculosis infection causing pancytopenia,alert them to the potential of drug-resistant tuberculosis infection,and provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
