摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘分析名老中医程祖耀教授治疗扁平疣的用药规律,总结程祖耀教授治疗扁平疣的学术思想。方法:收集2021年1月—2024年9月在浙江中医药大学附属湖州中医院程祖耀专家门诊就诊患者的扁平疣中药处方,将诊疗数据录入中医传承辅助计算平台,运用中医传承辅助计算平台V3.5软件中的统计分析和方剂分析模块,进行中药用药、性味、归经、药物功效等频次分析,并进行中药用药关联规则分析,最后基于k-means算法进行聚类处方分析。结果:本研究共纳入处方86份,涉及中药46味,总用药频次969次。使用频次最高的药物为甘草,其次为马齿苋、大青叶、薏苡仁、木贼等;药物功效频次分析显示,以清热药为主,其次为补虚药、利水渗湿药、解表药、活血化瘀药;药物性味频次分析显示,药性以寒性药为主,其次为平性、温性、凉性药;药味以甘味药为主,其次为苦味、酸味、辛味、咸味药;归经频次分析结果显示,以心经为主,其次为肝经、脾经、肺经、肾经;经关联规则分析获得药物组合28组,马齿苋-大青叶-薏苡仁-甘草是核心药物组合;经聚类分析获得4类核心处方。结论:程祖耀教授临床诊治扁平疣,常使用清热解毒类中药,辅以健脾祛湿、养血活血类药物,体现清热以祛邪、和中以固本的学术思想。Objective:Using data mining to analyze the medication rules of renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner Professor CHENG Zuyao in treating flat warts,and to summarize Professor CHENG Zuyao's academic ideas on treating flat warts.Methods:Collected Chinese medicine prescriptions for flat warts from patients who visited the expert clinic of CHENG Zuyao at Huzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2021 to September 2024,input the diagnosis and treatment data into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance System,and used the statistical analysis and prescription analysis modules in the V3.5 platform to analyze the frequency of Chinese medicine medication,including its properties,flavors,channel entry,and efficacy.Conducted association rule analysis of Chinese medicine medication and cluster prescription analysis based on the k-means algorithm.Results:This study included a total of 86 prescriptions,involving 46 Chinese medicinals,with a total medication frequency of 969 times.The most frequently used medication was Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,followed by Portulacae Herba,Isatidis Folium,Coicis Semen,Equiseti Hiemalis Herba,etc;the frequency analysis of drug efficacy showed that heat-clearing drugs are the main ones,followed by deficiency-tonifying drugs,urination-promoting and dampness-percolating drugs,exterior-releasing drugs,and blood-invigorating and stasis-dissolving drugs;the frequency analysis of drug properties and flavors showed that cold drugs are the main ones,followed by neutral,warm,and cool drugs,that the sweet drugs are the main ones,followed by bitter,sour,pungent,and salty drugs;the analysis of meridian frequency showed that the heart channel is the main one,followed by the liver channel,spleen channel,lung channel,and kidney channel;through association rule analysis,28 drug combinations were obtained,with Portulacae Herba-Isatidis Folium-Coicis Semen-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma as the core drug combination;fou
