摘　　要：介绍李鳌才名老中医辨治胃癌前病变的临床经验。李鳌才认为,饮食失节、郁而化热是胃癌前病变发病的主要病理基础,热、毒、虚是其病机特点,而脾虚正亏贯穿疾病始终,故治疗上强调以扶正健脾为本,以祛痰化瘀解毒为关键环节,兼顾畅达气机、疏泄少阳之火,据此创拟具有益气健脾、祛痰化瘀、清热解毒之效的健脾解毒泻火方,临证时尚结合现代中药药理学研究成果,适当加用抗肿瘤药物治疗胃癌前病变。This paper introduces the clinical experience of LI Aocai,a renowned Chinese medicine practitioner,in diagnosing and treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.LI Aocai believes that the primary pathological basis for the onset of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer is the dietary irregularity and the depression transforming into heat;heat,toxin,and deficiency are the characteristics of its pathogenesis,and spleen deficiency and healthy qi depletion persist through the entire development of the disease.Therefore,in the treatment,emphasis is placed on reinforcing healthy qi and strengthening the spleen,with eliminating phlegm,resolving blood stasis,and detoxifying as the key measures,and unblocking the qi movement and discharging fire from the shaoyang as the supplementing therapy.Based on these,a Jianpi Jiedu Xiehuo Prescription with the effects of nourishing qi and strengthening the spleen,eliminating phlegm and resolving blood stasis,and clearing heat and detoxifying is created.In clinical practice,modern Chinese medicine pharmacology research results are combined,and anti-tumor medicines are appropriately added.
