壮医循筋药熨结合壮药颈椎枕治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医循筋药熨结合壮药颈椎枕治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年6月广西国际壮医医院明秀分院推拿科收治的100例CSR患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组应用氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏外贴配合颈椎米字操锻炼;观察组应用壮医循筋药熨结合壮药颈椎枕治疗。比较2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)、田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分,并评价其临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组显愈率为86.00%(43/50),对照组为60.00%(30/50),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS、NDI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组VAS、NDI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮医循筋药熨结合壮药颈椎枕治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,可有效改善颈部疼痛及颈椎功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hot medicinal compress along meridian in Zhuang medicine combined with Zhuang medicated cervical pillow on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods:A total of 100 CSR patients treated at the Tuina Department of Mingxiu Branch,Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital,from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected for this study.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given external application with Flurbiprofen Cataplasms combined with cervical spine exercises,and the observation group was treated with hot medicinal compress along meridian in Zhuang medicine combined with Zhuang medicated cervical pillow.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of pain,Neck Disability Index(NDI),and Yasuhiro Tanaka Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale scores in the two groups were compared between the two groups;clinical effects were also evaluated.Results:After treatment,the cured and markedly rate in the observation group was 86.00%(43/50),which was significantly higher than the 60.00%(30/50)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant reductions in the scores of VAS and NDI compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),with the observation group showing lower scores of VAS and NDI than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant increases in Yasuhiro Tanaka Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale scores compared to before treatment(P<0.05),with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of hot medicinal compress along meridian in Zhuang medicine and Zhuang medicated cervical pillow for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a significant curative effect,and can effectively improve neck pain and cervical function.
