毒疗学辨证论治理论体系构建及临床应用

摘　　要：从文献整理、学术理论、临床应用等方面进行总结及验证,笔者发现毒证(外感病及风湿病)的病因病机与毒邪有关,这种毒邪可分为风毒、寒毒、湿毒、热毒、燥毒、痰毒、瘀毒及虚毒8种类型,临床可用攻毒疗法进行辨证施治。并将两者结合起来从而形成以中医辨证论治为核心的毒疗学理论体系,用于30多个病种的临床治疗,证实其具有疗效肯定、副作用小等优点,揭示中医毒疗学辨证论治理论体系具有较高的学术价值和临床意义。Through a comprehensive summary encompassing literature review,academic theories,and clinical applications,it has been discovered that the etiology and pathogenesis of the toxicity syndrome(externally-contracted diseases and rheumatic diseases)are related to toxic pathogens.These can be categorized into eight types:wind toxin,cold toxin,dampness toxin,heat toxin,dryness toxin,phlegm toxin,blood stasis toxin,and deficiency toxin.In clinical practice,the counteracting toxin therapy can be employed for syndrome differentiation and treatment.By integrating these two concepts,a theoretical system of toxin therapy centered on Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment has been established,which has been applied in the clinical treatment of over 30 diseases.This system has been proven to have advantages such as definite efficacy and minimal side effects,revealing that the theoretical system of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine toxin therapy possesses significant academic value and clinical significance.
