摘　　要：总结介绍老昌辉教授对《黄帝内经》中“因加而发”理论内涵的理解以及从“因加而发”辨治咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床经验。老昌辉教授认为,咳嗽变异性哮喘反复发作、迁延不愈实为肺寒脾虚,表卫不固,风邪屡犯,日久痰瘀伏络,复感新邪诱发,正气无力驱邪外出,久羁为患,内外相合,咳嗽反复。由此将咳嗽变异性哮喘分为发作期、缓解期,分期论治,主张疏风宣肺止咳于新故相袭、正邪交争之时,温润辛金培本于咳嗽缓解、正气虚损之际,故可取得良效。This article is to summarize and introduce Professor LAO Changhui's understanding of theoretical connotation"disease with latent pathogen induced by a new pathogen"and his clinical experience in treating cough variant asthma from the view of"disease with latent pathogen induced by a new pathogen"by syndrome differentiation.Professor LAO Changhui believes that recurrent and lingering cough variant asthma is indeed caused by lung cold and spleen deficiency,insecurity of exterior defense,repeat invasion of wind,long-going phlegm-blood stasis hidden in the collaterals,induction of latent pathogens by newly-contracted pathogens which cannot be dispelled out by healthy qi,long-term detention generated into disease and combination of the internal and external.Therefore,cough variant asthma has the attack stage and remission stage,and is treated by stages.It is advocated to scatter wind,release lung and relieve cough at the time of invasion of both new and old pathogens and struggle between the healthy qi and pathogenic qi and to warm,moisten and release gold and strengthen the vital essence when cough is relieved and the healthy qi is deficient,which can achieve a great curative effect.
