摘　　要：总结介绍何世东教授灵活运用虫类药治疗慢性肾脏病的临床经验。何世东教授提出,“脾肾亏虚,肾络瘀滞”为慢性肾脏病的基本病机,临证可据风邪、水湿、湿热、瘀血的病理因素,辨证使用虫类药,以发挥祛风、利水、祛湿热、化瘀通络之功,应用其“深搜细剔”之性以松透病根,增强健脾补肾之效。This paper summarizes and introduces Professor HE Shidong's clinical experience in flexibly utilizing insect medicinals to treat chronic kidney disease.Professor HE proposes that"spleen-kidney deficiency and blood stasis and qi stagnation in the kidney collaterals"are the fundamental pathological mechanisms of chronic kidney disease.In clinical practice,based on the pathological factors of wind pathogensis,water-damp,damp-heat,and blood stasis,insect medicinals can be used according to syndrome differentiation to exert effects of dispelling wind,promoting diuresis,eliminating damp-heat,and resolving blood stasis and meridians obstruction;their property of"deeply searching and meticulously eliminating pathogens"is employed to loosen and eliminate the root of the disease,thereby enhancing the efficacy of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the kidney.
