摘　　要：习近平指出“有了文化主体性,就有了文化意义上坚定的自我,文化自信就有了根本依托”,并强调要“高扬中华民族的文化主体性”,这不仅指出了全方位认识、巩固、发展、彰显中华文化主体性的必要性、重要性,更凸显出其任务的迫切性。中华文化主体性意指中华民族对以中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化为根基、底色,以文化认同、价值认同为重要内核,以保持精神独立自主为基本支撑,在借鉴吸收一切优秀文明成果中建立起来的文化自立、文化自觉、文化自信、文化自强。中华文化主体性意识发端于中国哲学视域的“夷夏之辨”论,秦朝初期的百家合流、汉武帝时期的儒学正统、宋明时期的理学繁盛是中华文化主体性发展的关键阶段。近代以来,马克思主义对中华优秀传统文化“魂脉”的注入赋能中华文化主体性从式微走向复归。习近平文化思想的提出破解了“古今中西之争”、厚植了文化自信根基、增进了中外文明的交流互鉴、提振了中华民族的文化认同,实现了中华文化主体性的新时代塑造。新时代要在强化党的文化领导权、深化“第二个结合”、加强中华文化的挖掘保护与传承、深化文化体制机制改革、推进中华文化国际传播的进程中实现中华文化主体性的进一步彰显与高扬。Xi Jinping pointed out that“with cultural subjectivity,there exists a firm self in a cultural sense,providing a fundamental basis for cultural confidence”and emphasized the need to“elevate the cultural subjectivity of the Chinese nation”.This highlights not only the necessity and importance,but also the urgency of comprehensively understanding,consolidating,developing,and manifesting Chinese cultural subjectivity.Chinese cultural subjectivity refers to the cultural independence,self-awareness,confidence,and self-strengthening forged by the Chinese nation,rooted in and shaped by China's excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture,and advanced socialist culture,with cultural identity and value identity as its important core,spiritual independence and autonomy as its foundation,while also absorbing outstanding global cultural achievements.The consciousness of Chinese cultural subjectivity originated from the philosophical discourse on“the distinction between Yi and Xia”.The convergence of the Hundred Schools of Thought in the early Qin Dynasty,the establishment of Confucianism as orthodoxy during the reign of Emperor Wu of Han,and the flourishing of Neo-Confucianism in the Song and Ming dynasties were key stages in the development of Chinese cultural subjectivity.Since modern times,the infusion of Marxism as the“soul”into traditional Chinese culture has facilitated its revival from decline.The proposition of Xi Jinping thought on culture has resolved the“debate between ancient and modern,Chinese and Western traditions”,strengthened the foundation of cultural confidence,enhanced exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations,boosted the cultural identity of the Chinese nation,and shaped Chinese cultural subjectivity in the new era.In this era,further manifestation and elevation of Chinese cultural subjectivity require strengthening the Party's cultural leadership in culture,deepening“the second integration”,enhancing the excavation,protection,and transmission o
