摘  要:加快推动新一代信息技术和制造业的融合发展,以智能制造为主攻方向,是新质生产力发展的重要内容。针对福建丰力机械科技有限公司在生产信息化进程中遇到“信息孤岛”、资源管理混乱以及生产排序低效等问题,在粉碎、铸造业务领域引入MES,设计了丰力MES的完整业务流程与功能模块,利用微服务架构可扩展性强和减轻运维负担的特点,针对性选择微服务组件,把微服务应用在制造业MES架构中,同时与ERP和SFC进行系统集成,实现生产计划的智能排产、生产管理上下游数据协同以及数字化监控。The integrated development of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing,with intelligent manufacturing as the main direction,is the main requirement of New Quality Productive Forces.Fujian Fengli Machinery Technology Co.,Ltd.encountered problems such as“information island”,chaotic resource management and inefficient production scheduling during the process of its production informatization.MES system can realize intelligent production scheduling in production plan,upstream and downstream data coordination between production and management and digital monitoring.This paper introduces the application of MES system in the field of grinding&casting business,in which related business processes and function modules are analyzed.Microservice architecture,which has advantages in good scalability and operation&maintenance alleviation,is applied in this MES for the purpose of integration with ERP and SFC systems.
