载银NaZr_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)粉体的制备及其抗菌性

摘  要:高温固相合成基底NaZr_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NZPO),离子交换载银得到抗菌粉体Ag_(0.76)Na_(0.24)Zr_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(ANZPO),对粉体进行XRD、SEM、EDS表征,采用ICP测试ANZPO粉体释放银离子的能力,以抑菌圈实验测试ANZPO粉体的抗菌性。结果表明,ANZPO的晶体结构与NZPO一致,Ag进入晶格取代Na占据Na格位,银钠离子饱和交换的分数达到76%,ANZPO粉体的形貌为边长2μm的立方块。在水中磁力搅拌5 min, 1 g的ANZPO粉体可以释放Ag^(+)的质量浓度达到56.03 mg/L,质量浓度为50 g/L的ANZPO粉体对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为100%、88.3%,表明ANZPO粉体是一种良好的银抗菌剂。The antibacterial powder Ag_(0.76)Na_(0.24)Zr_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(ANZPO)was obtained by ion exchange with silver,using NaZr_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NZPO)powder as substrate which prepared by the traditional high temperature solid synthesis and sinter metho.Characterization of NZPO and ANZPO were determined by XRD(X-ray powder diffractometry),SEM(scanning electron microscope)and EDS(energy dispersive spectrometer).The ability of release silver ions from ANZPO powder was tested by using ICP(inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer),and the anti-bacterial activities of ANZPO were measured based on diameter of inhibition zone.The results show that the crystal structure of ANZPO was consistent with that of NZPO,Ag entered the lattice to replace Na and occupied the Na site,and the fraction of saturation exchange of silver and sodium ions reached 76%.ANZPO size was 2μm with cube shapes.After magnetic stirring in water for 5 min,the concentration of Ag^(+)released by 1 g ANZPO powder can reach 56.03 mg/L,and the antibacterial rate of 50 g/L ANZPO to Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was 100%and 88.3%respectively.The result indicated that ANZPO powder is a good silver antibacterial agent.
