摘　　要：推进健康制造业与数字基础产业融合发展是我国“智慧助老”工程建设的重点内容与战略方向。首先,基于供给侧的技术融合和需求侧的市场融合,构建健康制造业与数字基础产业的融合发展指标体系,利用灰色GM(1,N)模型进行测算,发现东部与中西部省份之间存在明显的两极分化。其次,结合5期中国健康与养老追踪调查数据(CHARLS)进行基准回归,结果表明,健康制造业与数字基础产业融合能显著提升中老年人健康水平。再次,以健康消费水平和健康服务效率作为中介变量进行机制探讨,结果表明,在健康需求效应视角下,推进健康制造业与数字基础产业融合有助于提高人均健康消费水平,进而改善其健康状况;在健康服务资源配置效应视角下,健康制造业与数字基础产业融合能够优化健康服务效率,提高服务质量,进而提升个体健康水平。最后,异质性分析结果表明,健康制造业与数字基础产业融合发展对中老年人健康水平的影响存在年龄、受教育程度、所在城乡属性和地区分布的差异,特别是在东部地区和农村地区显现出更强的健康效应,且受高等教育和年龄更大的群体在两业融合过程中的受益更大。因此,要持续加强健康制造业与数字基础产业的深度融合,提高健康服务资源效率,并强化数字融合推动中老年人健康消费意识的提升与扩散。Promoting the integration of health manufacturing and digital infrastructure industries is a key content and strategic direction of China's“Smart Assistance for the Elderly"”construction project.Firstly,based on the technical integration from the supply side and market integration from the demand side,an integrated development index system for health manufacturing and digital infrastructure industries is constructed,and the grey GM(1,N)model is used for calculation,revealing a significant dichotomy between eastern and central-western provinces.Secondly,using five waves of the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)data for baseline regression,the results show that the integration of health manufacturing and digital infrastructure industries can significantly improve the health lev-el of the elderly.Furthermore,by considering health consumption level and health service efficiency as mediating vari-ables for mechanism exploration,it is found that,from the perspective of health demand effects,promoting the integra-tion of health manufacturing and digital infrastructure industries helps to increase per capital health consumption,thereby improving their health status;from the perspective of health service resource allocation effects,the integration of health manufacturing and digital infrastructure industries can optimize health service efficiency and improve service quality,thereby enhancing individual health levels.Lastly,heterogeneous analysis results indicate that the impact of the integrated development of health manufacturing and digital infrastructure industries on the health level of the elder-ly varies with age,education level,urban-rural attributes,and regional distribution,especially showing stronger health effects in the eastern region and rural areas,and those with higher education and older age groups benefit more from the integration of the two industries.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to strengthen the deep integration of health manufacturing and digital infrastructure industr
