大健康产业发展推动共同富裕的价值实现逻辑和实践路径

摘　　要：大健康产业发展是促进健康公平和人民健康水平提升的关键手段,其在促进人民身体健康水平提升的同时也有助于促进人民精神健康水平的提升,是实现新时代共同富裕的必要前提。文章重点探讨了大健康产业发展与推动共同富裕的内在关联以及以产业发展推动共同富裕价值实现的基本逻辑,同时分析了大健康产业的概念、特征、类别及价值实现难点,并基于理论和实践分析提出大健康产业推动共同富裕的实践路径。研究发现,以大健康产业推动共同富裕,具有践行马克思主义劳动价值论的理论逻辑,实现“全民健康”理念的历史逻辑,驱动技术融合应用的技术逻辑,服务健康扶贫的现实逻辑,是理论逻辑、历史逻辑、技术逻辑和现实逻辑的高度统一。基于当下大健康产业发展的价值实现难点,文章从公平和效率视角出发,以“战略—技术—组织—环境—保障”五维架构探索大健康产业发展推动共同富裕的价值实现路径,认为战略上应合理制定产业规划,优化产业发展格局;技术上应加速产业科技融合,强化数字技术应用;组织上应加强产业部门协同,促进产业融合发展;环境上应构建多方治理机制,完善法规政策体系;保障上应提高要素供给水平,优化人才引育机制。以此推动大健康产业快速发展,并在高质量发展中促进共同富裕。The development of the big health industry is a key means to promote health equity and improve health lev-els.While promoting the improvement of people's physical health,it also helps to promote the improvement of people's mental health,which is a necessary prerequisite for achieving common prosperity in the new era.The article focuses on exploring the intrinsic relationship between the big health industry and common prosperity,as well as the basic logic of value realization through industrial development to promote common prosperity.At the same time,it analyzes the con-cept,characteristics,categories,and value realization difficulties of the big health industry,and proposes a practical path for the big health industry to promote common prosperity based on theoretical and practical analysis.Research has found that promoting common prosperity through the big health industry has a theoretical logic of practicing Marxist labor value theory,a historical logic of realizing the concept of“universal health”,a technological logic of driving technological inte-gration and application,and a practical logic of serving health poverty alleviation.It is a highly unified combination of theoretical logic,historical logic,technological logic,and practical logic.Based on the current difficulties in realizing the value of the development of the big health industry,this article explores the value realization path of promoting common prosperity through the five dimensional framework of“strategy technology organization environment guarantee”from the perspectives of fairness and efficiency.It is believed that a reasonable industrial planning should be formulated strategically to optimize the industrial development pattern;Technologically,we should accelerate the integration of industrial technology and strengthen the application of digital technology;Organizations should strengthen collaboration among in-dustrial departments to promote integrated development of industries;We should establish a multi-party governance mechanism a
