摘　　要：人口老龄化程度加深对我国养老服务高质量发展提出了新的挑战,新质生产力通过数字化赋能与科技创新能够为我国养老服务高质量发展破局发挥关键作用。文章通过对理论基础的梳理明确了新质生产力与养老服务高质量发展的基本内涵,并从新质生产力三大核心要素“新角色”劳动者“、新介质”劳动资料、“新料质”劳动对象以及新型劳动力各要素协同整合视角,构建了新质生产力赋能养老服务高质量发展的分析框架;进一步探究了新质生产力赋能养老服务高质量发展的逻辑理路,明晰了新质生产力推动养老服务向智能化、高效化、数字化、现代化转型的内在机制;与此同时,从现实困境出发审视了新质生产力赋能养老服务高质量发展中存在的人力资源短缺、结构不合理且复合型人才匮乏,养老服务设备不完善、数字鸿沟跨越难,城乡资源分布不均、群体差异化需求难以满足,劳动力流动性差与跨部门协同不足等问题;最后提出应从加大“新角色”劳动者人才培养与支持力度,强化养老服务设备革新与技术应用,聚焦精准需求与城乡统筹,深化体制机制改革,激发新型劳动力各要素协同发力等方面推进新质生产力高效赋能养老高质量发展。The deepening of the aging of the population poses new challenges to the high-quality development of Chi-na's old-age services.Through digital empowerment and technological innovation,new quality productive forces can play a key role in the high-quality development of China's pension services.Based on the theoretical basis,this paper clarifies the connotation of the new quality productive forces and high-quality development of old-age services.From the perspective of the three core elements of new quality productive forces,“new role”laborers,“new media”labor materi-als,“new material quality”labor objects and the coordinated integration of various elements of the new labor force,it constructs an analysis framework of new quality productive forces enabling high-quality development of old-age servic-es.On this basis,it further explores the logic of the new quality productive forces to enable the high-quality development of pension services,and clarifies the internal mechanism of the new quality productive forces to promote the transforma-tion of pension services to intelligent,efficient,digital and modern;At the same time,from the perspective of practical difficulties,the paper examines the problems existing in the high-quality development of new quality productive forces enabled old-age services,such as the shortage of human resources,unreasonable structure and lack of composite talents,imperfect old-age service equipment,difficult to bridge the digital divide,uneven distribution of urban and rural resourc-es for old-age services,group differentiated demand,poor labor mobility and lack of cross sector coordination;Finally,it puts forward the strategies to promote the practice path from increasing the training and support of“new role”workers,strengthening the innovation of pension service equipment and technology application to make the“new media”labor da-ta bigger and stronger,focusing on the precision demand and urban and rural coordination to provide more nutrients for the“new material”lab
