摘 要:随着平衡设备在康复中的应用逐渐增多,需要对我国平衡设备临床应用进行规范和建议。项目专家组制定共识聚焦于基于压力传感器识别的平衡功能评估及康复设备,对平衡功能评估及康复设备的作用原理、度量指标、功能与分类、临床应用(适应证和禁忌证、不良反应、不良反应处理、设备安全性)以及临床应用推荐(脑卒中、帕金森病、肌肉骨骼系统疾病、脊髓损伤患者、老年人群)等方面进行阐述,并参考最新研究,以期为更好地应用基于压力传感器识别的平衡功能评估及康复设备提供临床指导意见。With the increasing use of balance equipment in rehabilitation,it is essential to provide standardized guidance and recommendations for its clinical application in China.This consensus focuses on balance function assessment and rehabilitation equipment based on pressure sensor recognition.It discusses the principles,measurement indicators,functions,and classifications of such devices,along with their clinical applications,including indications,contraindications,adverse reactions,adverse reaction management,and equipment safety.Furthermore,recommendations for clinical application in conditions such as stroke,Parkinson′s disease,musculoskeletal disorders,spinal cord injury,and the elderly population are provided.The latest research findings are referenced to offer clinical guidance for the optimal use of balance function assessment and rehabilitation equipment based on pressure sensor recognition.
