摘　　要：目的介绍并评价在运用电磁精准导航引导下辅助球囊成形术治疗慢性额窦炎的手术方式和效果。方法回顾性分析50例确诊慢性额窦炎患者在术中使用电磁导航辅助球囊成形术处理额窦病变,记录手术前后VAS、SNOT-22、Lund-Mackay CT评分评分进行统计学分析。结果术中、术后未发生严重并发症(眶内、颅内并发症,无鼻腔粘连,无眼部不适)。术前及术后3个月VAS、SNOT-22、Lund-Mackay CT评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论额窦球囊成形术在治疗慢性额窦炎有良好的疗效,在电磁导航下此种术式易操作,扩张的额窦口不易闭合,术区定位精准、出血量少、创伤范围小、术区恢复速度快。Objective To describe and evaluate the surgical approach and outcomes of electromagnetic navigation-guided balloon dilation surgery for the treatment of chronic frontal sinusitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 patients diagnosed with chronic frontal sinusitis who underwent electromagnetic navigation-assisted balloon dilation surgery to address frontal sinus lesions.Preoperative and 3-month postoperative VAS(Visual Analog Scale),SNOT-22(Sino-Nasal Outcome Test),and Lund-Mackay CT scores were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results No significant intraoperative or postoperative complications occurred(e.g.,orbital,intracranial complications,nasal adhesions,or ocular discomfort).There was a statistically significant improvement in VAS,SNOT-22,and Lund-Mackay CT scores 3 months postoperatively compared to preoperative values(P<0.01).Conclusion Balloon dilation surgery for frontal sinusitis is effective,with the following advantages under electromagnetic navigation:precise localization,minimal bleeding,small surgical trauma,and rapid recovery.This method is particularly suited for cases of isolated frontal sinus-related headache,frontal sinusitis caused by obstruction of the frontal recess due to agger nasi cell blockage,patients with frontal sinusitis without significant bony hyperplasia,and pediatric sinusitis.Electromagnetic navigation-assisted balloon dilation surgery is recommended as a supplementary technique to endoscopic sinus surgery for the accurate and efficient treatment of acute and chronic frontal sinusitis.
