摘  要:细胞自噬是真核细胞通过溶酶体将受损细胞器或入侵病原体等异物,降解为生物大分子并回收利用的一种“自清洁”进程。其正常进行不仅有助于维持胞内稳态,在机体抗感染过程中也发挥重要功能。因此,细胞自噬与多种感染性疾病的发生发展密切相关。近年来,越来越多证据表明,细胞自噬受到众多因素的调控,其中长链非编码RNA(LncRNAs)作为基因表达调控的新型明星分子,通过调控细胞自噬进而在感染性疾病中扮演重要作用。因此,本文就LncRNAs调控细胞自噬在感染性疾病中作用及分子机制展开综述,旨在为自噬相关感染性疾病的诊疗寻找新的分子标志物与药物治疗靶点。Autophagy is an intracellular"self-cleaning"process in eukaryotic cells that utilizes lysosomes to degrade damaged organelles or invasive pathogens into biological macromolecules for recycling.Proper autophagy not only maintains intracellular homeostasis but also plays a critical role in the body′s defense against infections.Dysregulated autophagy is closely linked to the development of various infectious diseases.Recent evidence suggests that autophagy is modulated by multiple factors,with long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)emerging as prominent regulatory molecules.LncRNAs exert significant influence on infectious diseases by modulating autophagic processes and pathways.This review focuses on the role and molecular mechanisms of LncRNAs in regulating autophagy in infectious diseases,aiming to provide novel insights into molecular biomarkers and therapeutic targets for autophagy-related infectious diseases.
