摘　　要：过敏性哮喘是支气管哮喘的亚型之一,它是一种由某种特定变应原引发的疾病,以气道高反应性、气道嗜酸性炎症和免疫球蛋白E水平升高为主要典型特征。其发病因素与遗传因素、过敏因素、环境因素、感染因素、理化因素等相关。过敏性哮喘发病机制主要有气道炎症机制、气道神经受体调节机制、免疫机制、气道重构机制和神经信号转导机制等。未来深入研究过敏性哮喘的发病机制及相对应的靶点,有助于为患者提供个性化、特异性的定向治疗方案。Allergic asthma is one of the subtypes of bronchial asthma caused by a specific allergen,with airway hyperresponsiveness,eosinophilic inflammation,and elevated levels of immunoglobulin E as the main typical features.The pathogenic factors are related to genetic factors,allergic factors,environmental factors,infectious factors,physical and chemical factors,etc.The pathogenesis of allergic asthma mainly includes airway inflammation mechanism,airway neuroregulation mechanism,immune mechanism,airway remodeling and nerve signal transduction mechanism etc.Further research on the pathogenesis and corresponding targets of allergic asthma in the future will help to provide individualized and specific targeted treatment for the patients.
