摘  要:脓毒症中肠道菌群与免疫系统之间存在复杂的交互作用。肠道菌群与免疫系统的发育和成熟密切相关,其在脓毒症中的变化可影响疾病的进展。脓毒症的免疫病理学机制涉及过度炎症和免疫抑制,而肠道菌群的变化可能加剧炎症和免疫抑制。肠道菌群的差异可影响脓毒症的免疫反应,而益生菌、益生元和粪便微生物移植等微生态制剂可改善脓毒症患者预后。未来深入研究肠道菌群在脓毒症中的作用机制,可以为脓毒症的临床治疗提供新的策略。There are complex interactions between the gut microbiota and the immune system in sepsis.The development and maturation of the immune system are closely linked to the gut microbiota,and alterations in the microbiota during sepsis can influence the disease progression.The immunopathological mechanisms of sepsis involve excessive inflammation and immune suppression,with changes in the gut microbiota potentially exacerbating the inflammation and immune suppression.Variations in the gut microbiota can impact the immune response in sepsis,and interventions such as probiotics,prebiotics,and fecal microbiota transplantation can improve the prognosis of sepsis patients.Future research into the mechanisms underlying the role of gut microbiota in sepsis may provide novel strategies for the clinical treatment of sepsis.
