摘　　要：女性恶性肿瘤患者在抗癌治疗过程中,因放化疗等治疗带来的性腺毒性而面临着丧失生育力的威胁。卵巢组织冷冻是女性生育力保存的重要方式,卵巢组织冷冻及移植技术的发展为这些患者的生育力保存带来了极大的希望。然而,卵巢组织冷冻-移植技术过程复杂,所涉及技术环节繁多,包括卵巢组织的获取与运输、储存与处理,卵巢组织的冷冻保存、解冻复苏及移植等,每项技术均需要不断完善与优化,以期提高人卵巢组织冷冻-移植的成功率。Female patients with malignant tumors face the threat of loss of fertility due to gonadal toxicity brought by chemoradiotherapy etc.in the course of treatment.Ovarian tissue cryopreservation is an important way of female fertility preservation,and the development of ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation technology has brought great hope for fertility preservation in these patients.However,the technical process of ovarian tissue freezing-transplantation is complex and involves a variety of technical aspects,including the acquisition and transportation of ovarian tissues,storage and processing,the cryopreservation,thawing and resuscitation of ovarian tissue,and transplantation,etc.Each technique requires continuous improvement and optimization of technology,in order to improve the success rate of human ovarian tissue freezing-transplantation.
