摘　　要：血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数(AIP)作为一种新兴的非传统血脂指标近年来受到广泛关注。AIP水平升高与多种代谢及心血管相关疾病的发生密切相关,包括糖尿病、冠心病、高血压、代谢综合征、肾脏疾病[如慢性肾脏病(CKD)]等。在肾功能相关研究中,AIP水平变化与肾功能损伤和肾脏疾病进展关系密切。而在肾功能变化的不同阶段,AIP水平升高对肾脏疾病的影响作用存在差异。因此,分析AIP对于预测不同人群中CKD的发生发展具有临床价值。The atherogenic index of plasma(AIP),as a new non-traditional lipid index,has received extensive attention in recent years.The increase of AIP level is closely related to the occurrence of a variety of metabolic and cardiovascular related diseases,including diabetes,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,hypertension,metabolic syndrome,kidney diseases[such as chronic kidney disease(CKD)],etc.In renal function related research,changes in AIP levels are closely related to renal function impairment and the progression of kidney disease.At different stages of renal function changes,the impact of elevated AIP levels on kidney disease varies.Therefore,analyzing AIP has clinical value in predicting the occurrence and development of CKD in different populations.
