越婢加半夏汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是临床常见疾病,目前临床以西药对症支持治疗为主,但随着治疗时间的延长,药物耐药、不良反应等逐渐增加,治疗效果有限。中医药在COPD治疗方面有独特优势,如越婢加半夏汤是治疗痰热壅肺证“肺胀”的经典方剂,其可通过多靶点、多途径减轻气道炎症反应、降低气道高反应性、改善肺通气功能、抑制气道重构,从而缓解COPD患者症状、提升其生活质量。但目前越婢加半夏汤的药理作用机制尚不明确,未来还需要开展多中心、大样本的临床研究。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common clinical disease,and the current clinical treatment is mainly symptomatic and supportive treatment with western medicine.However,with the prolongation of treatment time,drug resistance and adverse reactions gradually increase,and the treatment effect is limited.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of COPD,such as the classic formula of Yuebi plus Banxia decoction for treating phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome with"lung distension".It can alleviate airway inflammation,reduce airway hyperresponsiveness,improve lung ventilation function,inhibit airway remodeling through multiple targets and pathways,thereby relieving the symptoms of COPD patients and improving their quality of life.However,the pharmacological mechanism of Yuebi plus Banxia decoction is still unclear,and multicenter,large-scale clinical studies are needed in the future.
