中医治疗类风湿关节炎的研究进展

摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)作为一种全身性自身免疫性疾病,其病程长且难以治愈,长期会导致关节僵硬和畸形,严重影响关节功能,给患者和社会均带来沉重的负担。中药外用、针刺、灸法以及中药内服等中医治疗方法在缓解患者临床症状和改善实验室指标方面均展现出显著效果。且其在RA领域也广泛应用,其中中医内治法通过中药调理调和阴阳、疏通经络,缓解临床症状;中医外治法则直接作用于病变部位,促进局部血液循环,减轻炎症反应;综合治法结合内治与外治优势,临床疗效显著。未来,应进一步深入研究中医疗法的作用机制,优化治疗方案,提高治疗效果,以期为RA患者提供更加安全、有效的治疗手段。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA),as a systemic autoimmune disease,has a long course and is difficult to cure,which can lead to joint stiffness and deformity in the long term,seriously affecting joint function and imposing a heavy burden on the patients and society.It has been found that various traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment methods such as external application of TCM,acupuncture,moxibustion,and oral administration of TCM have shown significant effects in relieving patients'clinical symptoms and improving laboratory indicators.And it is also widely used in the field of RA,among which the TCM internal treatment methods regulate yin and yang,unblock meridians,and alleviate clinical symptoms through the use of TCM herbs;the TCM external treatments directly act on the affected area,promote local blood circulation,and alleviate inflammatory reactions;the comprehensive treatment method combines the advantages of internal and external treatment,and has significant clinical efficacy.In the future,further research should be conducted on the mechanism of action of TCM therapy,optimizing treatment plans,and improving treatment efficiency,in order to provide safer and more effective treatment methods for RA patients.
