声带息肉的中西医治疗研究进展

摘　　要：声带息肉是耳鼻喉科常见的声带良性增生性病变,严重影响患者日常工作和生活。中医通过中药辨证调节脏腑功能,提高远期疗效;并采用推拿、贴敷、针灸等外治手段放松局部声带肌肉。西医则通过药物治疗及嗓音训练改善嗓音症状,或者通过手术直接切除增生组织。目前,中西医结合治疗在改善声带息肉症状及减少复发方面取得重大进展。其既能改善症状,又能减少术后并发症发生,为声带息肉治疗提供了新思路。未来应对声带息肉分子水平方面的作用机制进行深入研究,不断探索及完善新的治疗手段。Vocal cord polyp is a common benign hyperplastic lesion of vocal cord in otolaryngology department,which seriously affects the patients'daily work and life.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regulates the function of zang-fu organs through TCM syndrome differentiation and improves the long-term efficacy.And massage,application,acupuncture and moxibustion,and other external treatment to relax the local vocal cord muscles.Western medicine uses medication and voice training to improve vocal symptoms,or surgery to remove the hypertrophic tissues.At present,the treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine has made great progress in improving the symptom of vocal cord polyp and reducing the recurrence.It can not only improve the symptoms,but also reduce the postoperative complications,providing a new idea for the treatment of vocal cord polyp.In the future,the mechanism of action at the molecular level of vocal cord polyps should be further studied,and new therapeutic methods should be continuously explored and improved.
