知识图谱视角下的失眠症研究热点与动态前沿可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:通过可视化分析总结失眠症领域的研究现状、研究热点和研究前沿,以期为失眠症的深入研究提供参考。方法:从Web of Science、中国知网等数据库中检索2000年1月1日—2022年12月31日失眠症研究领域的相关文献,使用CiteSpace、VOSviewer等软件对符合纳入标准的文献进行相关分析。结果:经筛选纳入英文文献25944篇,纳入中文文献3197篇,国内外发文量整体呈上升趋势,目前处于快速发展阶段,美国和中国处于失眠症研究领域的核心地位;国外《SLEEP MEDICINE》和国内《中华中医药杂志》在该领域的发文量居首位;研究机构发文量结果显示,国际上以各大高校为主,国内主要为各大中医药院校和附属医院;国外Roth Thomas和国内王平教授及团队是该领域发文量最多的团队;关键词分析显示,国内外对失眠症的研究主要集中在病因、病机、治疗及失眠共病(焦虑症、抑郁症等)方法,非药物疗法、相关化药的作用机制、失眠伴认知障碍及新型冠状病毒的研究为国际研究热点,中医中药对失眠症的病因、病机、治疗及失眠伴高血压、心血管疾病为国内研究热点;指南制定、系统评价及生物钟可能为国际研究前沿,数据挖掘、神经递质、酸枣仁汤、针灸可能为国内研究前沿。结论:失眠症研究领域发展快速,国内外研究机构和研究团队已初步形成,但各研究机构和研究团队之间的合作交流有待加强。Objective:To summarize the research status,hotspots and frontier in the field of insomnia through visual analysis,so as to provide reference for further research on insomnia.Methods:The relevant literatures in the field of insomnia research from January 1,2000 to December 31,2022 were retrieved from Web of Scicence,CNKI and other databases,and the relevant analysis of the literatures that met the inclusion criteria was conducted using Citespace,VOSviewer and other software.Results:A total of 25944 English literatures and 3197 Chinese literatures were included through screening.The number of papers published at home and abroad was on the rise.At present,it is in a rapid development stage.The United States and China were at the core of the field of insomnia research.The number of articles published by foreign SLEEP MEDICINE and domestic Chinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine in this field ranked first.According to the number of papers published by research institutions,the institutions that publish relevant papers internationally were mainly major universities,while domestic institutions were mainly large and medium-sized medical colleges and affiliated hospitals.Overseas Roth Thomas and domestic Professor WANG Ping and their teams were the teams with the largest number of papers in this field.Keyword analysis showed that the research on insomnia at home and abroad mainly focused on the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and insomnia comorbidity(anxiety,depression,etc.).Non drug therapy,the mechanism of action of related drugs,insomnia with cognitive impairment and the study of novel coronavirus were international research hotspots.The etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,insomnia with hypertension and cardiovascular disease of traditional Chinese medicine were the research hotspots in China.The formulation of guidelines,systematic evaluation and biological clock might be at the forefront of international research,while data mining,neurotransmitters,the Suanzaoren decoction(酸枣仁汤)and acupuncture and moxibus
