基于Gephi可视化分析针刺治疗紧张性头痛选穴规律

摘　　要：目的:分析研究针刺治疗紧张性头痛的临床选穴规律。方法:检索2011年1月1日—2024年3月18日中国知网、万方学术期刊数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库中针刺治疗紧张性头痛的临床文献。用Excel 2021建立表格,对数据进行收集、汇总,对腧穴的频次、分布部位及所属经络进行统计。用SPSS 29.0对出现频次>10的腧穴做聚类分析。用Gephi对腧穴频次、所属归经及组方规律进行可视化分析,绘制可视化网络图。结果:根据纳入与排除标准共纳入文献107篇,共涉及穴位97个和经脉14条,腧穴总频次达740次。频次由高到低,排名靠前的穴位分别是风池穴、百会穴、太阳穴等;腧穴部位的选用以头部与上肢部为主;使用腧穴频次位于前4位的经脉有足少阳胆经、督脉、足阳明胃经与足厥阴肝经;选取腧穴数目位于前4位的经脉有足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经、督脉与足阳明胃经。腧穴组方频次较高的为百会穴–风池穴、太阳穴–风池穴、百会穴–太阳穴等。频次>10的腧穴做聚类分析可分为5个聚类。结论:针刺治疗紧张性头痛以中医辨证理论指导配穴,所用腧穴重视经络循行与病位关系,标本兼顾,可取得良好疗效。Objective:To analyze and study the clinical point selection rules of acupuncture for tension type headache(TTH).Methods:Clinical literature on acupuncture for TTH in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched from January1,2011 to March18,2024.Excel 2021 was used to establish a table to collect and summarize the data,and the frequency of acupuncture points,distribution sites and the meridians to which they belonged were counted.SPSS 29.0 was used to do cluster analysis for acupoints with a frequency of occurrence>10.Gephi was used to visually analyze the frequency of acupoints,meridians and prescription rules,and to draw a visual network diagram.Results:A total of 107 papers were included according to the exclusion criteria,involving 97 acupoints and 14 meridians,with a total frequency of 740 acupoints.From high to low frequency,the top ranked acupoints were Fengchi(GB20),Baihui(GV20),Taiyang(EX-HN5),etc.The selection of acupoints was based on the head and the upper limbs.The top 4 meridians in terms of frequency were the foot Shaoyang(少阳)gallbladder meridian,the governor vessel,the foot Yangming(阳明)stomach meridian,and the foot Jueyin(厥阴)liver meridian.The top 4 meridians in terms of number of acupoints were the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian,the foot Taiyang(太阳)bladder meridian,the governor vessel and the foot Yangming stomach meridian.The acupoints grouped with higher frequency were Baihui-Fengchi,Taiyang-Fengchi,Baihui-Taiyang and so on.Acupoints with a frequency>10 were divided into 5 clusters by doing cluster analysis.Conclusion:The acupuncture point selection rules for treating TTH is guided by the syndrome differentiation theory of traditional Chinese medicine.The point selection rules pay attention to the relationship between meridian circulation and disease location,and has achieved good curative effect.
