摘　　要：金线莲是一种珍贵的药用植物,因独特的药用价值和广泛的治疗作用而闻名,主要功效为清热凉血、祛风利湿、固肾平肝等。这些功效源于其丰富的化学成分,如金线莲多糖、金线莲苷和槲皮素等,具有显著的药理作用,对人体健康有积极影响。金线莲多糖是一种高分子化合物,具有增强免疫力、调节免疫反应的作用,能够改善胸腺、脾脏等免疫器官功能,从而提高机体的抗病能力。金线莲多糖还能调节体液免疫,增强机体对病原体的抵抗力。金线莲苷是一种具有抗炎、抗氧化等作用的生物活性物质,能够减轻炎症反应,保护细胞免受氧化损伤,从而维护身体健康。槲皮素是广泛存在于植物中的一种黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗肿瘤等多种药理作用,能够调控树突状细胞、T细胞亚群、脾淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞等免疫细胞的功能,从而增强机体的免疫功能。在临床上,金线莲常被用于治疗手足口病、自身免疫性肝炎、骨关节炎等免疫性疾病,且安全性高,治疗效果显著,具有广泛的开发前景。Jinxianlian(Anoectochilus Roxburghii Wall.Lindl.)is a precious medicinal plant known for its unique medicinal value and wide range of therapeutic effects,and has been regarded as an herb with a wide range of effects since ancient times.Jinxianlian mainly has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood,dispelling wind and dampness,consolidating kidney and calming liver.These effects are attributed to its rich chemical composition,such as anoectochilus roxburghii polysaccharide,anoectochilus roxburghii glycoside and quercetin.These components not only have significant pharmacological effects,but also have a positive impact on human health.Anoectochilus roxburghii polysaccharide is a kind of high molocular compound that has the abilities to enhance immunity,regulate immune response,and improve the function of thymus,spleen and other immune organs,thus enhancing the body’s ability to resist diseases.In addition,anoectochilus roxburghii polysaccharide can also regulate humoral immunity and enhance the body’s resistance to pathogens.Anoectochilus roxburghii glycoside is a bioactive substance with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects,which can not only reduce inflammatory reactions,but also protect cells from oxidative damage,thus maintaining the body’s health.Quercetin is a kind of flavonoid compound widely present in plants,which has a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic and anti-tumor,and is able to regulate the functions of immune cells such as dendritic cells,T cell subsets,splenic lymphocytes and macrophages,thus enhancing the immune function of the body.In clinical practice,Jinxianlian is often used to treat immune diseases such as hand-foot-mouth disease,autoimmune hepatitis and osteoarthritis.These diseases are often associated with immune dysfunction of the body,and Jinxianlian can ameliorate the disease condition and improve the therapeutic effect by regulating immune response.Because of its high safety and significant therapeutic effects,Jinxianlian has a
