摘  要:颈动脉不稳定斑块是心、脑血管疾病的常见病因。目前,二维超声和超声造影是评估斑块不稳定性最合适的技术,在早期评估颈动脉斑块不稳定性和指导临床积极治疗、降低并发症发生等方面发挥着重要作用。近年来,颈动脉不稳定斑块的发生受多种因素的影响,本文综述了二维超声和超声造影评估不稳定斑块的影像学和血流动力学特征的研究进展,并探讨了这些特征与心、脑血管疾病的关系。Unstable carotid plaques are a common cause of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Currently,twodimensional ultrasound(2D-US)and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)are the most suitable techniques for assessing plaque instability,playing a pivotal role in early evaluation of carotid plaque instability,guiding clinical aggressive treatment,and reducing the occurrence of complications.In recent years,the occurrence of unstable carotid plaques has been influenced by multiple factors.This article reviews the advancements in the use of 2D-US and CEUS for assessing the imaging and hemodynamic characteristics of unstable plaques and discusses the relationship between these characteristics and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
