摘　　要：在肩袖肌腱病变诸多治疗方法中,超声引导下注射富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗近年来备受关注。PRP注射治疗安全有效,可作为肩袖肌腱病变的治疗方法推广,但其长期疗效还需大样本、长期随访研究。本研究对超声引导下注射富血小板血浆治疗肩袖肌腱病变的应用进展作一综述,包括PRP制备、PRP注射治疗肩袖肌腱病变等。Among many treatment methods for rotator cuff tendinopathy,ultrasound guided injection of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)has attracted much attention in recent years.A large number of studies have shown that PRP injection is safe and effective,and can be promoted as a treatment method for rotator cuff tendinopathy.However,long-term follow-up studies with large samples are needed for long-term efficacy.This study reviews the application progress of ultrasound-guided injection of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of rotator cuff tendon lesions,including PRP preparation and PRP injection in the treatment of rotator cuff tendon lesions.
