五子衍宗丸加味治疗对黄体功能不全不孕症患者性激素水平、妊娠成功率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨五子衍宗丸加味治疗在黄体功能不全(LPD)不孕症患者中的临床效果。方法:选择2023年8月—2024年5月六盘水市钟山区中医医院收治的100例LPD不孕症患者,通过随机数字表法将其分成两组,各50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合五子衍宗丸加味治疗。比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平、中医症候积分、妊娠成功率及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平均高于对照组,中医症候积分均低于对照组,妊娠成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:五子衍宗丸加味治疗LPD不孕症的效果确切,可调节患者内分泌代谢,改善性激素指标,舒缓临床症状,提高受孕率,且不良反应未见明显增多,安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Wuzi Yanzong Pills in the treatment of luteal phase defect(LPD)infertility patients.Method:A total of 100 infertility patients with LPD admitted to Zhongshan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Liupanshui from August 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Wuzi Yanzong Pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,pregnancy success rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),progesterone,luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in observation group were higher than those in control group,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were lower than those in control group,and the success rate of pregnancy was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Wuzi Yanzong Pills has a definite effect in the treatment of LPD infertility.It can regulate the endocrine metabolism of patients, improve the sex hormone index, relieve clinical symptoms, and increase the pregnancy rate, and the adverse reactions have not increased significantly, which is safe and reliable.
