小儿热速清颗粒治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果及对血清CRP、SAA水平影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿热速清颗粒治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法:选择2022年5月-2024年4月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的102例小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者。随机分为观察组(n=54)、对照组(n=48),对照组采用头孢拉定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用小儿热速清颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消退时间、炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、扁桃体红肿、咽痛及发热等症状消退时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿热速清颗粒能够快速缓解急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿症状,且减轻炎症情况,从而提高治疗效果,具有安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoer Resuqing Granules on acute suppurative tonsillitis in children.Method:A total of 102 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis treated in Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=54)and control group(n=48).The control group was treated with Cefradine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Resuqing Granules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,the time of symptom resolution,the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The regression time of cough,swollen tonsils,sore throat and fever in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer Resuqing Granules can quickly relieve the symptoms of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children,and reduce inflammation,so as to improve the treatment effect and safety.
