摘 要:目的:研究空氧混合温湿化氧疗下的呼吸道护理结合阶段健康教育对百日咳患儿治疗依从性与症状缓解的影响。方法:收集遵义市第一人民医院2022年1月—2024年8月80例百日咳患儿临床病理资料,均予以空氧混合温湿化氧疗,根据护理方案不同划分为两组,即研究组、对照组各40例,分别开展呼吸道护理结合阶段健康教育、常规护理,记录并对比两组症状缓解时间、家属情绪状态、排痰情况、护理满意度及治疗依从性。结果:研究组咳嗽、疼痛、高热症状的缓解时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组家属护理前焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理结束后研究组家属SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿护理前排痰量、护理前及护理第7天痰液黏稠占比对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组患儿护理第3天排痰量多于对照组,护理第7天排痰量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿护理第3天痰液黏稠占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组服务技巧、护理技巧、沟通能力、护理舒适性各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空氧混合温湿化氧疗下的呼吸道护理结合阶段健康教育模式可以加速百日咳患儿恢复,提升排痰效果,稳定患儿家属情绪,改善护理满意度与治疗依从性,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of respiratory care combined with stage health education on treatment compliance and symptom relief of children with pertussis under air-oxygen mixed warm humidification oxygen therapy.Method:The clinicopathological data of 80 children with pertussis from the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City from January 2022 to August 2024 were collected,and all of them were given air-oxygen mixed warm humidification oxygen therapy.According to different nursing plans,the patients were divided into two groups,namely the study group and the control group,each with 40 cases,and the respiratory tract nursing combined stage of health education and routine nursing were carried out respectively.Symptom remission time,emotional state of family members,sputum excretion,nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result:The remission time of cough,pain and high fever in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score between two groups of family members before nursing care(P>0.05),the SAS score of family members in the study group was lower than that in the control group after the end of nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in sputum volume before nursing,sputum viscosity ratio before nursing and the 7th day of nursing between the two groups of children(P>0.05);on the third day of nursing,the sputum output of children in the study group was more than that of the control group,and on the seventh day of nursing,the sputum output was less than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).On the third day of nursing,the proportion of sputum viscosity was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of service skills,nursing skills,communication skills and nursing comfort in the
