中药退热熏洗方辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药退热熏洗方辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:选择2023年1月—2024年6月景德镇市第二人民医院收治的104例上呼吸道感染患儿,随机分为两组,各52例。对照组予以布洛芬混悬液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以中药退热熏洗方治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医症候积分、体温变化情况、炎症因子指标、血常规指标及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项中医症候积分均低于对照组,退热起效时间、完全起效时间均早于对照组,C反应蛋白(CRP)低于对照组,白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药退热熏洗方辅助治疗小儿上呼吸道感染发热患儿的效果显著,可改善中医症候,有效降低体温,减轻机体炎症反应,改善血常规指标,且不良反应少。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Antipyretic Fumigation and Washing Prescription as an adjuvant therapy for upper respiratory tract infection in children.Method:A total of 104 children with upper respiratory tract infection treated in Jingdezhen Second People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given Ibuprofen Suspension,and the observation group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine Antipyretic Fumigation and Washing Prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,temperature change,inflammatory factor index,blood routine index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the onset time and full onset time of fever were earlier than those in the control group,the C reactive protein(CRP)was lower than that of the control group,white blood cells(WBC)and neutrophil granulocyte(NEU)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Traditional Chinese Medicine Antipyretic Fumigation and Washing Prescription is effective in children with upper respiratory tract infection and fever,which can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,effectively reduce body temperature,reduce inflammation,improve blood routine indexes,and have less adverse reactions.
