康复新液含漱联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗学龄前急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析康复新液含漱联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗学龄前急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿的效果。方法:选择2023年1—12月在江西省儿童医院急诊科就诊140例目标患儿为对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=70)、对照组(n=70)。对照组给予开喉剑喷雾剂治疗,观察组增加康复新液含漱治疗。评估组间疗效、症状缓解时间、血常规指标、免疫功能、治疗安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为95.71%(67/70),高于对照组的82.86%(58/70),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咽痛缓解时间、体温恢复正常时间、脓液消失时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NE%)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康复新液含漱联合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗学龄前急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿有良好效果,促患儿症状消退,抑制炎症因子水平,安全性较好。Objective:To analyze the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid gargle combined with Kaihoujian Spray in the treatment of preschool children with acute suppurative tonsillitis.Method:A total of 140 children treated in the Emergency Internal Medicine of Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into observation group(n=70)and control group(n=70)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Kaihoujian Spray,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid gargle in addition.Intergroup efficacy,symptom remission time,blood routine markers,immune function and treatment safety were evaluated.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.71%(67/70),which was higher than that of the control group[82.86%(58/70)],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of pharyngeal pain relief,temperature return to normal and pus disappearance in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NE%)and C reactive protein(CRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group,while CD8^(+)was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin Liquid gargle combined with Kaihoujian Spray is effective in the treatment of preschool children with acute suppurative tonsillitis,which can shorten the time of symptom resolution,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and have good therapeutic safety.
