摘　　要：目的:探讨加减桑白皮汤对肺胀(痰热壅肺证)患者症状改善情况及炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取乐平市中医医院2022年10月—2024年1月收治的肺胀(痰热壅肺证)患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)、治疗组(50例)。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组基于常规治疗予加减桑白皮汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果、症状改善时间、炎症因子水平、呼吸困难程度及肺功能指标。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率(92.00%)较对照组(76.00%)高,咳嗽、喘息、发热、肺部湿啰音、咳痰改善时间均较对照组早(P<0.05);治疗7 d,治疗组白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平、改良版英国医学研究会呼吸困难量表(mMRC)评分均较对照组低,用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:肺胀(痰热壅肺证)患者采用加减桑白皮汤治疗效果较好,可促使症状改善,降低炎症因子水平,改善呼吸困难与肺功能。Objective:To explore the effects of Modified Sangbaipi Decoction on the improvement of symptoms and the levels of inflammatory factors in patients with lung distension(phlegm-heat congestion of the lung syndrome).Method:A total of 100 patients with lung distension(phlegm-heat congestion of the lung syndrome)admitted to Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(50 cases)and a treatment group(50 cases)according to the randomized table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given Modified Sangbaipi Decoction based on the conventional treatment.The treatment effect,symptom improvement time,inflammatory factor levels,dyspnea degree and lung function indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group(92.00%)was higher than that in the control group(76.00%),and the improvement time of cough,wheezing,fever,pulmonary wet rales and sputum were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05);at the 7th day of treatment,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and the score of modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and forced vital capacity(FVC),first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with lung distension(phlegm-heat congested lung syndrome)can be effectively treated with Modified Sangbaipi Decoction,which can lead to the improvement of symptoms,decrease the levels of inflammatory factors,and improve dyspnea and lung function.
