基于数据挖掘探讨中药专利复方治疗神经病理性疼痛的用药规律

摘　　要：目的以国家知识产权局专利公布公告网站为数据源,通过古今医案云平台,深入分析治疗神经病理性疼痛的中药专利复方的核心药物组成及配伍应用规律。方法登录国家知识产权局专利数据库(http://epub.cnipa.gov.cn)进行高级检索,时间设定为建库至2023年4月1日。建立Excel数据表对处方进行筛选处理,应用古今医案云平台软件(V2.3.7)对数据进行分析。结果治疗神经病理性疼痛的中药专利复方301个,用药多性温、平,味辛、甘、苦,归肝、肺经,以祛风通络止痛、清热解毒散结、凉血活血行气为主。按照由高至低排序,使用频次位于前10位的中药为:川芎、甘草、白芍、全蝎、白芷、丹参、细辛、当归、地龙、僵蚕;聚类分析得到4类核心聚类群;中药关联规则分析显示药物以白芷-川芎、当归-川芎、防风-川芎、红花-川芎、蜈蚣-全蝎、白芷-蜈蚣-全蝎、川芎-蜈蚣-全蝎、白芷-全蝎-川芎、川芎-僵蚕-全蝎配伍较多;复杂网络分析得到16味核心中药。结论治疗神经病理性疼痛的中药专利复方药物多性温、平,味辛、甘、苦,归肝、肺经,以祛风通络止痛、清热解毒散结、凉血活血行气为主,以身痛逐瘀汤为核心基础方加减。Objective To analyze the core drug compositions and compounding application rules of Chinese medicine compound prescriptions patented for neuropathic pain by using the website of Patent Publication Announcement of the State Intellectual Property Office as the data source,and by using the Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records.Methods Performing an advanced search in the patent database of the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China(http://epub.cnipa.gov.cn),with the time frame set from the establishment of the database to April 1,2023.The Excel data table was established to screen and process the prescriptions,and the data were analyzed by using the Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Records(V2.3.7).Results There were 301 traditional Chinese medicine patent compound prescriptions for the treatment of neuropathic pain.The drugs were mostly warm and flat,with pungent,sweet and bitter taste,and belonged to the liver and lung meridians.The main methods were dispelling wind,dredging collaterals and relieving pain,clearing heat,detoxifying and resolving masses,cooling blood,activating blood and promoting qi.According to the order from high to low,the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines were:Chuanxiong,Gancao,Baishao,Quanxie,Baizhi,Danshen,Xixin,Danggui,Dilong,Jiangcan;4 core clusters were obtained by cluster analysis.The association rule analysis of traditional Chinese medicine showed that the drugs were more compatible with Baizhi-Chuanxiong,Danggui-Chuanxiong,Fangfeng-Chuanxiong,Honghua-Chuanxiong,Wugong-Quanxie,Baizhi-Wugong-Quanxie,Chuanxiong-Wugong-Quanxie,Baizhi-Quanxie-Chuanxiong,Chuanxiong-Jiangcan-Quanxie.Through complex network analysis,16 core Chinese medicines were obtained.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine patent compound drugs for the treatment of neuropathic pain are mostly warm and flat,with pungent,sweet and bitter taste,and belong to the liver and lung meridians.They are mainly based on dispelling wind,dredging collaterals and relieving p
