宫腔镜检查在围绝经期异常子宫出血诊治中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究围绝经期异常子宫出血诊治中宫腔镜检查的应用价值。方法选取2020年10月-2023年10月芦溪县人民医院妇产科进行治疗的60例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,分别进行阴道超声检查和宫腔镜检查,比较两种诊断方法的敏感度、特异度与符合率。结果60例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者中,疾病阳性48例(80.00%),阴性12例(20.00%)。其中阴道超声诊断阳性42例(70.00%),宫腔镜诊断阳性46例(76.67%)。宫腔镜检查诊断的敏感度与特异度分别为95.83%、83.33%,高于阴道超声诊断的87.50%、33.33%(P<0.05)。宫腔镜检查诊断的符合率为96.67%,高于阴道超声检查的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规阴道超声,宫腔镜检查在围绝经期异常子宫出血疾病诊断中具有更为确切的效果。Objective To explore the application value of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods From October 2020 to October 2023,60 patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding who were treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Luxi County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.Transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy were performed respectively to compare the sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate of the two diagnostic methods.Results Among the 60 patients with perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding,48(80.00%)were positive and 12(20.00%)were negative.Among them,42 patients(70.00%)were diagnosed as positive by vaginal ultrasound,and 46 patients(76.67%)were diagnosed as positive by hysteroscopy.The sensitivity and specificity of hysteroscopy were 95.83% and 83.33%,respectively,which were higher than 87.50% and 33.33% of transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of hysteroscopy was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33% of transvaginal ultrasonography(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional vaginal ultrasound,hysteroscopy has a more accurate effect in the diagnosis of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding.
