6S精细化护理管理在手术室护理中的应用效果及其对手术预后的影响

摘　　要：目的研究6S精细化护理管理在手术室护理中的应用效果及其对手术预后的影响。方法选取2022年1月-12月九江市柴桑区人民医院拟行外科治疗的80例患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组行常规手术室护理,观察组在其基础上开展6S精细化护理管理,比较两组护理不良事件(意外脱管、术中配合不及时、汇报不准确、物品摆放不到位)、患者负面情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、术后并发症及临床满意度(医生满意度、患者满意度)。结果与对照组(15.00%)护理不良事件发生率比较,观察组(2.50%)护理不良事件发生率更低(P<0.05);与护理前比较,两组护理后SAS、SDS评分降低,且与对照组比较,观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分更低(P<0.05);与对照组(20.00%)术后并发症发生率比较,观察组(5.00%)术后并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组医生满意度评分及患者满意度评分更高(P<0.05)。结论6S精细化护理管理在手术室护理中具有确切应用效果,可减少护理不良事件的发生,改善患者负面情绪,降低其术后并发症风险,提高医生及患者的护理满意度程度。Objective To study the application effect of 6S refined nursing management in operating room nursing and its influence on surgical prognosis.Methods From January to December 2022,80 patients undergoing surgical treatment in Jiujiang Chaisang District People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the observation group was given 6S refined nursing management on the basis of the control group.The nursing adverse events(accidental extubation,untimely intraoperative cooperation,inaccurate reporting,and inadequate placement of items),negative emotions of patients[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],postoperative complications and clinical satisfaction(doctor satisfaction,patient satisfaction)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(15.00%),the incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group(2.50%)was lower(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased after nursing,and compared with the control group,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(20.00%),the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.00%)was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the doctor satisfaction score and patient satisfaction score of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion 6S refined nursing management has a definite application effect in operating room nursing,which can reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events,improve the negative emotions of patients,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of doctors and patients.
