摘　　要：瞬时受体电位通道家族与多种肺部疾病的病理生理密切相关。其中,瞬时受体电位香草酸-4(TRPV4)在肺组织中广泛表达,并在维持呼吸稳态功能中扮演重要角色。近年来,一些具有高亲和力和特异性的TRPV4拮抗剂被开发出来,显示出有效延缓疾病进展的潜力,这表明TRPV4可能是呼吸系统疾病治疗中极具吸引力的靶点。因此,本综述聚焦于TRPV4在肺内稳态和疾病中的作用的最新进展,特别强调TRPV4拮抗剂在疾病治疗中的作用,旨在为TRPV4在呼吸系统疾病中的研究和临床应用提供参考依据。Transient receptor potential channel family is closely related to the pathophysiology of a variety of lung diseases.Among them,transient receptor potential vanilloid-4(TRPV4)is widely expressed in lung tissue and plays an important role in maintaining respiratory homeostasis.In recent years,some TRPV4 antagonists with high affinity and specificity have been developed,showing the potential to effectively delay disease progression,suggesting that TRPV4 may be an attractive target for the treatment of respiratory diseases.Therefore,this review focuses on the latest advances in the role of TRPV4 in lung homeostasis and disease,with particular emphasis on the role of TRPV4 antagonists in disease treatment,aiming to provide a reference for the research and clinical application of TRPV4 in respiratory diseases.
