摘　　要：目的探讨间歇经口至食管管饲法(IOE)对急性缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者营养状况及预后的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年5月-2022年5月于温州医科大学附属第二医院就诊的210例急性缺血性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,通过抛硬币法将患者分为观察组(n=108)和对照组(n=102),对照组采用留置鼻胃管法干预,观察组采用IOE。比较两组临床疗效,干预前后营养指标、ADL量表得分、并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白水平高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性缺血性脑卒中患者,IOE可以改善急性缺血性脑卒中患者吞咽障碍症状,提升其营养水平,同时还可降低并发症发生率。ObjectiveTo explore the impact of intermittent oro-esophageal tube feeding(IOE)on the nutritional status and prognosis of patients with dysphagia after acute ischemic stroke.MethodsUsing the convenience sampling method,210 patients with dysphagia after acute ischemic stroke who were treated at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into an observation group(n=108)and a control group(n=102)by the coin-tossing method.The control group was intervened with indwelling nasogastric tube method,while the observation group was treated with IOE.The clinical efficacy,nutritional indicators,scores of the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)Scale,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of albumin,pre-albumin,and hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsFor patients with acute ischemic stroke,IOE can improve the symptoms of dysphagia,enhance their nutritional level,and also reduce the incidence of complications.
