摘　　要：感染性腹主动脉瘤是目前临床上一种疑难危重症,预后差,治疗方法存在较大争议。本中心在借鉴已有文献的基础上,采用高活性、易获得的自体腱腹膜组织,创新性原位修补或自制成管状结构原位重建治疗感染性腹主动脉瘤,成功实施7例,治疗效果良好,现将操作方法和经验做一些整理和总结,并就笔者的经验和体会提出一些建议。Infected abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)is currently an intractable and critical clinical disease with poor prognosis and significant controversy in treatment.Based on the existing literature,our center has adopted an innovative in-situ repair or reconstruction with self-made tube grafts by using highly active and easily accessible autologous tendon-peritoneal tissue to treat infected AAA.Seven cases have undergone the surgery with positive efficacy.The article aims to summarize the experience in using it,and to provide suggestions based on practice.
