摘　　要：目的:总结心力衰竭病人口腔健康管理的最佳证据,为临床实践提供依据。方法:系统检索国内外相关数据库、指南网及专业网站内关于心力衰竭病人口腔健康管理的证据,包括最佳实践信息册、临床决策、指南、系统评价、证据总结、专家共识等。检索时限从建库至2024年4月20日。由4名研究者独立对指南进行质量评价,2名研究者独立对其余文献进行质量评价及证据提取、汇总。结果:共纳入9篇文献,其中2篇指南、4篇系统评价、3篇专家共识,从口腔评估、日常生活管理、口腔侵入性治疗管理、植入心室辅助装置前后口腔管理、健康教育5个维度总结了27条心力衰竭病人口腔健康管理的最佳证据。结论:总结的心力衰竭病人口腔健康管理最佳证据,可为医护人员提供循证依据,建议医护人员根据临床情境使用证据,完善心力衰竭病人口腔健康管理。Objective:To summarize the best evidence of oral health management in patients with heart failure and provide evidence for clinical practice.Methods:The evidence on oral health management of heart failure patients in relevant databases,guideline networks and professional websites at home and abroad were systematically searched,including best practice information booklet,clinical decision,guideline,systematic review,evidence summary,expert consensus,etc.The search period was from the establishment of the database to April 20,2024.Four researchers independently evaluated the quality of the guidelines,and two researchers independently evaluated the quality of other literatures and extracted and summarized evidence.Results:A total of 9 articles were included,including 2 guidelines,4 systematic reviews and 3 expert consensus articles.This paper summarized 27 best evidences of oral health management of heart failure patients from 5 dimensions:oral assessment,daily life management,oral invasive treatment management,oral management before and after implantation of ventricular assist devices,and health education.Conclusion:The summarized best evidence for oral health management of patients with heart failure can provide evidence-based evidence for medical staff,and suggest medical staff to use evidence according to clinical context to improve oral health management of patients with heart failure.
