摘　　要：目的:构建动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后病人肺部感染的预防及护理方案。方法:计算机检索国内外数据库、网站,遵循纳入、排除标准筛选文献,进行质量评价并提取证据,通过专家小组会议对方案进行修订、完善。结果:形成包括团队管理、评估工具、干预内容、效果评价4个方面,共39个条目的预防及护理干预方案。结论:构建的动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后病人肺部感染预防及护理方案可为临床实践提供参考。Objective:To establish the prevention and nursing plan of pulmonary infection in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage after operation.Methods:Domestic and foreign databases and websites were searched,literature was screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,quality evaluation was carried out and evidence was extracted,and the scheme was revised and improved through expert group meetings.Results:A prevention and nursing intervention plan was formed,including 4 major aspects:team management,evaluation tools,intervention content,and effectiveness evaluation,with 39 items.Conclusion:The constructed prevention and nursing plan for postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage can provide reference for clinical practice.
