清热化湿法在湿热中阻证2型糖尿病患者中的疗效及对中医证候积分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨清热化湿法在湿热中阻证2型糖尿病患者中的疗效及对中医证候积分的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2023年12月收治的80例湿热中阻证2型糖尿病患者,随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予胰岛素强化+二甲双胍治疗,研究组给予胰岛素强化+二甲双胍+清热化湿法治疗。分析2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血糖、血脂及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床总有效率97.50%(39/40)高于对照组的80.00%(32/40,P<0.05)。治疗后,2组各项中医证候积分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论湿热中阻证2型糖尿病患者在常规治疗基础上联合清热化湿法治疗效果显著,可明显减轻患者症状,且安全性高。Objective To explore the efficacy of clearing heat and eliminating dampness in patients with type 2 dia⁃betes mellitus(T2DM)with syndrome of dampness⁃heat blocking middle jiao and its impact on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score.Methods A total of 80 T2DM patients with syndrome of dampness⁃heat blocking middle jiao admit⁃ted from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into research group and control group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin intensive therapy+Metformin,and the research group was treated with Insulin intensive therapy+Metformin+method of clearing heat and dampness.The clini⁃cal efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood glucose,blood lipids,and adverse reactions were analyzed between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the research group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,fasting plasma glucose,2 h postprandial plasma glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low⁃density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of convention⁃al treatment,the combination of clearing heat and dampness is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with syn⁃drome of dampness⁃heat blocking middle jiao,which can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients with high safety.
